i am 28 weeks pregnant .i went for a ultrasound .the doctor says that there is less fluid what does he mean &what could be the cause.

The less fluid could be due to problems in placenta or your baby's kidneys. You need to get ultrasound if the baby to rule out any problem as such. Early delivery may be warranted as per discretion of your Obstetrician. Get your baby monitored as well for any foetal distress.
