Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Lacunar infarcts occlusion of the vessels which develops in the brain - since they are tiny they could be asymptomatic. Symptomatic is called - lacunar stroke.
2.Some are seen only during imaging. This is age related changes.
3.Minimal periventricular white matter changes are also seen in the blockage due to age related - could be narrowing of the vessels due to hypertension, diabetes, vascular diseases.
4.Deffuse cerebral atrophy / brain volume loss also an age related changes seen in almost every patient of this age. Also seen in chronic alcoholics and systemic disease.
5.All the findings what given in the report are general age related changes - which are not an emergency process - but blood thinning medications can be taken to improve blood supply ( thrombolytic)
6.At the same time try to control / maintain the systemic disease. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
