What Does Itchy Rashes On Body, Scabs And Bumps On Buttocks And Penis Indicate?

Hi I m 21 years old I have rash that itches really bad at night. And I Also have scabs and bumps around my buttocks also scabs on my. Penis head that peel of revealing raw red skin they itch but do not hurt and by the end of the day they are scabs again what is this?

Hi,

It may be scabies most probably. It is an infestation caused by pqrasite sarcoptes scabei. It is highly contagious skin disease. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply permethrin cream at nightfrom neck to toe whole body. Take ivermectin 12 mg tab and repest it after week. Take antihistaminic like cetirizine 10 mg till itching is relieved. Take bath in dettol mixed water. Wash the clothes in hot water. Avoid contact with family membets to prevent the spread of the disease.
