Hello sir,I understand your concern.in my opinion a small calculus ie.,stone or polyp is seen in the gall bladder.but if you have no symptoms like pain then you need not worry and may not need any treatment but just consult surgeon regarding that.coming to PCOD(polycystic ovarian disease).,this may be the cause of infertility in your case as it causes harmonal imbalance resulting in no ovulation and irregular cycles.consult gynae and take apt treatment.you may need harmones for this.most important thing is weight reduction so avoid high calorie food and sedentary lifestyle and do exercise or walking daily for 1 hour.even 10% of weight loss will have good results.the weight should be 100 minus from height for example if height is 160 cm then optimum weight should be 160-100=60 kg.dont worry pcod is commonly seen and with treatment and change in lifestyle it will be ok.and even during the treatment for PCOD you can also simultaneously start infertility treatment.so relax and all the best.
