Bilateral haziness in sinuses is sign of sinusitis. No polyp indicates there are no inside growth sinuses. Bony outlines are normal means there are no bony involvement.over all it means you are suffering from plain simple sinusitis may be chronic (you have not mentioned since when)This is cause of your cough, & may be cold because of positerior nasal drip. This can be 1.allergic 2.allergy with secondary infection either viral or bacterial.Treatment ofor this is 1. steam inhalation 2.Anti allergic, de congestive drugs 3.suitable broad spetrum antibiotic 4.Nasal irrigation with luke warm saline water.
