Hyperaeration of bilateral lungs and thickening of lung marking in right lower lung...I stop smoking about 6 months ago....any guess of my chances for better health with this or is it the end of the one part of my lung YYYY@YYYY my name is fred

Hello

Bilateral pulmonary hyperaeration is commonly due to conditions like chronic asthma,COPD etc.
Underlying cause need treatment.
Thickening of lung markings may be due to infection,inflammation,age related etc
You have benign findings and findings need clinical correlation.
It is good that you have quit smoking.
