Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Thickening Of Lungs

I have CREST and latest xrays show bilateral thickening of lungs and calcium granules in bottom of left lung I am 69, 5 7 , approx. 100 lbs, have had Crest since my 20s. Diagnosed at about 50. . My hands are hardened and curled inward. I still ride bike, walk and swim. It is getting harder to have energy. I am only on .05 prednizone and 40 mg pantoloc for esph. I live in Philippines. We moved here for care for my husband who has ALS. Should I think of moving back to AZ where my children are or will this be a slow progression? Also I noticed my eyesight is worsening, could this be lack of oxygen? We moved here 4 years ago and the weather is great for us. My husband is confined to wheelchair and doesn t have a lot of time left accoring to doctors. He has round the clock caregivers, who are wonderful and very inexspensive. The only downside is we have no insurance here, for medicare will not cover here. Thank you!
