What Does Diffuse Homogeneous Increased Echotexture Of Liver Mean?

as per scanning report my liver position is found as below.Liver normal in size and diffuse homogenous increased echotexture. No mass lesions. No IHBD, PV>Normal, CBD; Normal; kindly suggest what is stage of my liver and what precautions has tobe taken by me

Your ultrasound report of liver is almost normal without any mass lesion. Its size is also normal. So nothing to worry much about that. Go for liver function test once if you have any symptoms of liver disease.
