I have a red circle with red dots on my left arm. The red dots were on my left hand but then disappeared then went up to my left arm in a circle. Then on my right arm, there was a red dotted circle as well however, Fox chase cancer center in Phila. shot cortesoid cream and it faded away.However, it di leave a faded mark Also above and below are a few red dots. He dr. said it maybe ecema Use cortosone cream. It still there. I think I should go to a regular dermatologist. Not a skin cancer dr.
