I have currently been taking 100mg of spironolactone. My period this month is 3 days late. It seemed like I was going to start my period 2 days ago because when I went to the restroom & wiped, I saw brown discharge on the toilet paper. When I went to the restroom again later that day I got the same results. But then all of a sudden the brown discharge went away & there s no signs of my period starting. Is this normal? Could it be pregnancy?
