I'm 54 yrs old 135 lb 5'2 i have fibromyliga. I was in a very bad car accident and had surgery on both shoulders my back hurts all the time mri says there is 1-2mm of annular bulging at the L4-5 and L5-Sl level without evidence of disc herniation spinal canal or foraminal narrowing. facet hypertrophy is present at the L5-Sl level bilaterally.
