Hello,
I'm afraid no electrocardiogram (ECG) diagnosis can be provided with the numerical data alone. The actual ECG waves have to be studied for any diagnosis. The only thing that can be extracted from these numbers is that you had tachycardia. The rest of the numbers are normal but this does not exclude heart disease.
Even a patient with a heart attack may have normal numbers (he will have abnormal waves though).
So it is important to see the waves and it is almost as important to know if you had any symptoms and what they were exactly.
If you'd like to send an ECG scanned image, I'd be glad to comment on it.
Kind Regards!
