You are suffering from incidental adenoma in left adrenal gland.This is a common finding in adults.It is non functional mass and it doesn't require any treatment.
Small cyst in right kidney is age related asymptomatic finding.It generally doesn't require any treatment unless there is infection or increase in size.
Mild bulging of the annulus is also age related finding.
Small cyst in ovary is also a normal finding.
