Hello and welcome to HCM,
The report results that you have mentioned are not are of blood test.
These results are urine test.
There is presence of few- 1-3 red blood cells in urine.
There is presence of small amounts of albumin in urine.
The blood urea is within normal limits.
There is no presence of casts- epithelial or any other casts and no crystals.

There is no evidence of infection in the urine report posted by you.
Presence of albumin in urine suggests increased permeability of the glomerular basement membrane of the kidney.
Presence of intact red blood cells could be due to bleeding in the urinary tact.
Diseases of kidney are characterised by presence of dysmorphic red blood cells.
Is there blood in urine?
If yes then this could be due to injury of the urinary tract by stones etc.

Thanks and take care
