What Do You Think Is The Hard Mass Above And Right Of Navel?

hard mass above and to the right of my navel. I t is on top also it is about 2inches long and 3/4 of a inch wide strain or movement does not bother it only pressure with a finger what do you think

Hi,

I can understand your concern for the hard hard mass above and right of navel.

There are two possibilities of the hard lump as either Lipoma whcih is a collection of fatty tissue under the skin or a Sebaceous cyst which is a collection of cheezy material in the over-proliferated oil gland.

Both of the conditions are totally benign and never turn out to be a serious issue any time in life. The simple treatment is excision of the lump which can be done in few minutes depending on the size. You can meet either a dermatologist or a surgeon who can guide you for the excision procedure.
