Your prostate is slightly enlarged at 31 cc (volume). Its important to know what symptoms you are having. If there is significant urinary symptoms then you need to consult an urologist who will give medications to be taken such that the prostate size will return to normal. Its better for you to get PSA test done. It is a simple blood test which is a screening test for cancer in the prostate.
