Hello

Your findings suggests increased SGPT,SGOT,triglyceride level and elevated blood sugar. It is a curable condition.

Increased SGPT indicated liver injury and it may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
In your case,it may be related to increased triglyceride level.

SGOT is non specific and it increases in many conditions.

You need few other investigations like viral markers and ultrasound of abdomen.
I suggest my patients to take tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.
I also suggest to take tablet fenofibrate 160 mg at night after dinner. It will correct triglyceride level.
You should also avoid fried and fatty food.

You may also need tablet metformin 500 mg twice daily for elevated blood sugar.
You should increase your physical activity and take lot of fibres in your diet.

Get well soon.
Take Care
