I take allergy pills if I feel any signs of an attack coming on. Long term the effects on the reactions what are they also when I sometimes get an attack I get blocked ears and ulcers in my mouth.
Hello, Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query. Running nose, nasal block , asthma and chocking sensation are all allergic reaction. There is a connection between the back of the nose and the middle ear called Eustachian tube. If this gets blocked in the swelling of the nasal mucosa, you will feel a blocked nose. These are treated with antihistamine tablets and nasal sprays. I shall be happy to answer any further queries. Take care Dr Noble Zachariah
