What Could Pores On Labia Filled With Cream Like Substance Be?

I have a few large pores on the inside of labia that appear to be filled with a cream like substance similiar to a pimple withiut a head. I have tried popping it but no luck. There seems to be no pore opening for substance to come out. How do I remove them?

Hi,

According to your description, if you have mentioned about labia minora, the pores you mentioned could be the ductal opening of bartholin glands. If you mentioned about labia majora the pores could be due to ingrown hair leading to folliculitis, acne, etc. Better not to squeeze or pop the lesion as that can lead to infection.

By clinical examination only the exact cause of lesions can be identified and treatment can be given. Hence, please consult your gynecologist and get examined to find out the possible cause. Sitz bath with lukewarm water and little disinfectant solution can help in relieving the symptoms. In case of infection you need systemic and local antibiotics.
