What Could Non Reactive HBsAg In The Test Report Suggest?

My test results are as below;HBsAg .... Non reactive (0.71) (Test performed by MEIA)Cut off rate is ....... 2.00 and Hepatitis C Antibody ....... Non reactive(0.17) (test performed by MEIA). Cut off rate is .....1.00.What does these tests mean. Am I clear from Hepatitis B and C and do I need further tests? Thanks in anticipation.

HBsAg is Non-Reactive that means Hepatitis B infection is not there.
The anti-HCV antibody test is most commonly used enzyme immunoassay with a specificity of 99%. Anyone with risk factors, elevated liver tests, and a positive anti-HCV has a good chance of HCV infection.Your test is negative.TAKE CARE!
