What Could Hypothyroidism With Sweating Suggest?

Dear Sir, I'm suffering from hypothyroidism and I'm getting letrox since 49 days, gradually. First for 20 days 25 mg, for next 20 days 50 mg and for 9 days 75 mg. I'm planning to check my TSH? Is it okay? I have three days feeling to have sweat two times per day.

Dear Sir/mad
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Can you tell me if you feel :
•     Cold extremities
•     Cold sweats
•     Night sweats
Or Sweat a lot in arm and your body? (and this is hyperthyroid problems)
Did you check thyroid function, Until you begining the therapy ?
Initial dose: 25 to 50 mcg/day, with gradual increments in dose at 6 to 8 week intervals, as needed
-Initial dose: 12.5 to 50 mcg orally once a day; dosage can be increased in 12.5 to 25 mcg/day increments every 2 to 4 weeks (accompanied by clinical and laboratory assessment, until the TSH level is normalized)

My advissed is to the thyroid function
TSH ,FT3 FT4 and than to discutation about the dose .
You must to know that :
-The dose should be individualized on the basis of clinical response and biochemical tests.
-This drug should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach with water, at least one-half hour before any food is eaten.
-This drug should be taken at least 4 hours apart from drugs that are known to interfere with its absorption.
-The peak therapeutic effect of this drug may not be attained for 4 to 6 weeks.
So you change the dose every 20 days , in my opinion it must change every 10-14 days .
So please chekc thyroid function and counsoult with your endocrinolog. To see if your thyroid is underactive or hyperactive?

Hope I answered your questation and don’t hesitatetd to ask me please
Kind regards
