What Could Chronic Stomach Pain With Vomiting, Sore Mouth, Burping, Tight Chest Indicate?

i have chronic stomach pains, after which i vomitted , yellowish material and felt my mouth is all sour. then i kept burping and this cause a sort of a seizure at the chest , a temporary pain and this last contiunously, making me very very uncomfortable

peptic ulcer
gastritis
esophagitis
To determine your diagnose, you should do an examination called upper endoscopy.
To relief you symptoms you can use anti-acid medications and change your lifestyle eliminating foods ( spicy and fried) and substances (alcohol ,smoke and NSAID) that can be causing these symptoms.
