hi ... My name is saurabh. I am 25 years old . i am not a heavy drinker and smoker. But these days i am suffering from left abdominal pain after drinking and even smoking. I drink on weekends and smoke 1 -2 ciggrates each day. Sometime i am confused whether it is liver pain or abdominal pain. No other symptoms noticed
This is unlikely to be related to liver as liver is in the right upper abdomen. Most probably, these symptoms are due to the irritation of the lining of stomach which is caused by both alcohol and nicotine. Antacids are likely to help in these symptoms.
Best wishes.
