You have undergone all recommended tests and no cardiac anomaly has been found(as per the question information). You pain seems to be musculoskeletal in nature or it may even be due to psychological stress you are taking. You may consult a doctor and get yourself evaluated for cervical spondylosis and vitamin d deficiency as these are two common causes of such musculoskeletal pain. If that is the case suitable management plan would be started for you. In the mean while relax and focus on things other than illness and be cheerful always.
