Hello,
I can understand your concern for your symptoms.
1) Your symptoms are suggestive of anal fissure which is small linear tear on inner wall of lower part of rectum.
2) Bleeding might occur from tear in case of excessive straining to pass hard stool.
3) Prevention and control of constipation is mainstay treatment for anal fissure.
4) You are also recommended to use analgesic medication for pain, anesthetic medication ointment for local application over fissure.
5) Fissure heal by self over period of time with support of these symptomatic medications and surgery is required very rare when it is failed to healed following medical treatment, repeated episodes of bleeding, continuous pain.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!
