What Could Cause Increased Heart Rate, Cramping In Chest And Fatigue Even Though The ECG Looks Normal?

my heart beats very fast feels like pressure and tight and I get cramps in heart area and I am always tired no energy? I need to see a cardiologist in December as my gp has referred me. I have done an ecg and all was ok? I am just feeling not myself.

Dear sir

Accorsing to your complaints your increased heart rate might be due to physiological.. even high blood pressure and serum electrolytes levels will cause increased heart rate

Some times ecg will look normal but real abnormality lies when they are subjected to stress

So it is advised to undergo stress test and treadmill test once and review for any inducible is ischaemia
