What Could Cause Frequent Urination With Severe Pressure While Urinating?

I do have to urinate very often, and I do wear pads often. My current problem is that when I sit to urinate, I feel a great deal of pressure and I feel like my insides will fall out, and then I am unable to urinate and completely empty my bladder. I had a UTI test yesterday with no results yet. My mom had systoseal, and rectaseal twice. (Sorry about the spelling) If this is my problem, do I see a gynecologist or a urologist? I am 72 years old and had 3 children.

Hi There ,

The possibilty of the cystocele in the present scenario cannot be ruled as there was also symptoms of urinary infection.

I suggest you to visit a gyanecologist for further evaluation.
