Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Pressure While Urinating

Hi, I have been having symptoms for over a month now.....frequent urination, pressure, burning, some pain when my bladder feels full. I made an appointment with my obgyn and was diagnosed with Strep B. I was administered 3 days of antibiotics (suppositories), but still have been having the same issues. I have tried natural rmedies, such as tea tree oil suppositories and a yeast supplement. That has not worked either. I am concerned it may be something more serious. I have an appointment again with my obgyn next week.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
You really need to see your doctor immediately. It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. You need oral antibiotics to treat this. The suppositories you used for the strep B infection will not treat this. It can move from your bladder to your kidneys and become a very serious problem if it is not treated promptly. Please try to see a doctor today.
