What Could Cause Ear Ache?

I have Repeating Ear Ache and numbness following car crash.

At first there was a small sign of blood under the skin at the front side of my temple but this went away in 48 hours, the temporal bone in line with the top and centre of the ear was sore to press for 2 months but is OK now.

There were no other symptoms at all then I got what was diagnosed as an ear infection, took antibiotics and it went away, two weeks later it came back and went away after taking antiboitics Ciprofloxacin.

Two weeks later it started to come back again and this time I noticed it was associated with lying on the ear
when sleeping, what would be the treatment
