What Could Cause Dark Green Stool In A 4 Years Old Child?
My daughter is 4 years old and she has been having dark green stool kinda of soft formed mixed with loose: she gas spiked high fevers but can be controlled by tylenol; she has been complaining of abdominal pain also the emergency room mentioned gastritis. But didn't put her on anything to help her

Child has contracted some kind of stomach infection leading to fever and green stools.
Needs to be evaluated with stool culture and sensitivity to know the exact bug causing the problem. And accordingly child to be given specific medicine and some antipyretics like paracetamol for the relief of the symptoms.
Please take care of the hydration and nutrition of the baby.
