What Could Cause Blood With Mucus During A Snort?

I have bee tested by an immunologist and he prescribed singular and zyrtec to be taken for allergy relief. When I wake up in the morning I feel stopped up. When I sit up I cam feel the drainage from my sinuses. When I snort it comes into my mouth a yellow color of mucus tinged with a little blood. I have never smoked. Should I be concerned?

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should not worry much for this blood in mucus.
This is mostly due to friction bleeding from sinuses.
You are having allergy and sinusitis. So inflamed sinuses can cause bleeding on pressure or force.
So no need to worry for this episode.
But if this kind of episode happens again then get done endoscopic examination of sinuses time rule out internal pathology.
At present no need to worry.
