What Could Cause Bad Stomach Pain?

I have bad stomach pain, bloating and it is distended. I recently had to go to ER for chest pain , doctor said it sounded like a bad case of acid reflux ( after EKG was done first.) He prescribed Previcaid and I've been on it for about 3 weeks. I woke up this morning 1:30 am with nausea and stomach pain. It lasted foe hours and I finally feel back to sleep off and on. Breakfast was HF oatmeal with 1/2 cup friut( bb & strawberries) . Stomach has become bloated and tight since then. I never had problems like this before and all of a sudden I start having indegestion problems even if I eat small servings. I also stay away from unhealthy foods about 85 % of the time, don't smoke and rarely drink. Whats up?

* Recommendations for further recovery

- Drink plenty of liquids preferably boiled water , coconut water , lemon
juice , butter milk .
- Soft , light diet at intervals .
- Avoid oily, spicy , non veg , hot beverages till possible .

- Regular walking ,exercise , YOGA help a lot .
- Avoid over eating , prolong fasting .
- Keep foot end of the bed elevated for 30 degrees when resting to
prevent acid reflux .

- Intake of proton pump inhibitors with antacid syrups work excellent .
- Some cases may require lab and ultrasound or upper GI scopy .
