What Could Cause A Visible Flooting Dots In Eyes?

Several times a month, I will start to see a flooting dots in my eyes, and then after I close my eyes and wait about 10 minutes, I cannot say what I want to say. My speech should like a stroke? Wait about 20 minutes before I can carry a conversation.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having visible floaters in the eyes. Floaters in the eyes are because of opacities in the posterior part of the eye in the vitreous. But these are usually constant and will not disappear.
Since you have also mentioned that these appear several times a month and you will also have stroke like symptoms lasting for 20 minutes, these symptoms more probably indicate a part of transient ischemic attack.
Hence this requires evaluation to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly. The common causes to be looked for are atherosclerosis of the carotids, hypotension...
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
