What Could Be Wrong If I Get Nausea When Bending?

I am a 63 year old male. For months now when I bend over or try to do any type of work I get nauseated and turn pale . I do have acid reflux and I take meds. for that. this is keeping me from doing basically anything . Can you give me an idea of what could be going on?

According to your complain you have problem of gastroesophageal reflux disease and nausea problem. Do some diet and lifestyle modifications.

Avoid spicy foods and too much fatty foods and junk foods.

Drink more water per day.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks, turnips, broccoli..etc.

Eat small amount of meal and chew properly.
Avoid lying down immeadiate after eating.
Take less dairy product.
Elevate your head during sleeping.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
