What Could Be The Treatment For Vaginal Dryness?

My wife has problems with dryness in her vulva and vaginal area. She sometimes develops what looks like a cut in the seam between her labia majora and labia minora. She is currently using premarin and has used other hormone-based by-mouth products but nothing has been entirely satisfactory. Is there something she can use that will eliminate this problem?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that she must be having the pelvic infection, may be trichomoniasis and candidiasis.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, 150mg stat, and cifixime, and clotrimazole vaginal.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
