What Could Be The Small Spot Under The Right Breast?

Question regarding a small spot under my right breast. It is about the size of an M&M or (5 mm). It is smooth, not sore, not hot, not raised, no lumps and it hasn't changed shape or color since I discovered it about 9 months ago. It almost looks like a blood blister or broken blood vessels. The only thing I could think it is a result of, was I was breastfeeding my child one time and she started/tried to latch on below my nipple. Could this have caused some skin trauma that doesn't go away? I am 28 years old, 5ft 6, 125 lbs and no real medical history besides two pregnancies.
