What Could Be The Reasons For Fever Constant Fever, Cough And Bleeding In Nose Of A 5 Year Old?

My 5 year old has been running a fever of 101-102 for about 5 days now. Ashe has been to the doctors twice this week and they haven't done anything for her and have just said to give her Tylenol. She has a horrible cough and is now getting bloody noses. They did blood work and everything looked normal. What could this be?

HELLO,
I think the cause of blood in nose is due to horrible cough and rupture of delicate arteries in nose, nose pitting can be a another cause you have to observe.first thing you have to do is to do a blood report of malaria and typhoid, fever can be controlled by antipyratic, cough and cold can be controlled by drug combination of anti histaminic and bromhexin. if all thing are not controlled in few days then go to coagulation factor study and consult your ent specialist for exact cause of bleeding
thanks
