What Could Be The Reason For Sudden Sore Throat With Swollen Gland And Very Sore Scalp?

I woke up three days ago with:

1- a left side sore throat when I swallow

2- a swollen gland left anterior throat that hurts a lot when i palpate it.

3- most mysteriously: a very sore left scalp (the back, top and front of my left scalp) that feels like a bad sunburn. it hurts a lot when I touch it or raise my eyebrows.

I have not had sun exposure or any trauma and did not change shampoo prior to this. there is no rash.

There is no fever and my appetite is still good. I take no meds and was in good general health prior to this except for bad headaches everyday for the last two weeks.

Hi. All the symptoms together leads me to think of a developing herpes . Observe for a rash in the affected area , which may develop over in a few days. The associated sore throat and a gland can be an accompanying problem , which might ave caused a reduced resistance of the body to catch herpes.
