What could be the reason for stomach pain and bloody stools with no pain in rectal area ?
i also have pain on the left side of my stomach , and bloody stool for a day light red with no pain in the rectal area

An endoscopy is required to see if there is any ulcer in the stomach
Blood counts and haemoglobin should be done
Till then you take an antacid , tranexamic acid
