What Could Be The Reason For Solid Lump On Ribs? How To Cure?
Went to boxing class at gym not very hard. Came home and felt pressure on left side. There is a noticeable lump on ribs it is not swelling as it is a solid lump? What happened and can it go back to normal. Was tender and a little swelling now just a bit uncomfortable.

hi,did you have any chest injury during your boxing session.Meanwhile take some antinflammatory or any available NSAIDS(paracetamol or diclofenac) and hot fomentation.You should get a chest Xray -PAview in case your pain does not subsides
