What Could Be The Reason For My Delayed Periods?

Hi..i m 25yrs old..trying to conceive from past two years..recently i had a lot of white discharge..doc prescribed me candid v6 vaginal tablets..used it for 4 days..the white discharge subsided..and now my periods have been delayed... What may be the reason...please help me figure out...

Hello madam, your history is incomplete, you did not mention about your last menustrual period date and whether your periods are always regular.Treatment of candida vaginitis will not delay your periods....i would suggest you to do a urine pregnancy test first to rule out pregnancy....If in case the test turns out to be negative, to can waite for few days for your periods to come. ..Sometimes even stress can delay periods...Some women with underlying medical disorders like thyroid also present with irregular periods. ..If it is getting further delayed, you may have to consult your gynaecologist for further evaluation. ...hope i was helpful to you. ...
