What Could Be The Rash On My Elbow?

i have a concern about an elbow rash. It was small but then after time it got bigger. I am currently in iraq and i do not have access to a real doctors. 2 Weeks before the rash apeared i had a sex with a prostitute with a condom. However in the middle of the intercourse i found out the she had a period. I still had my condom on and i went to wash myself. The blood was on my penis but my condom was on, so i removed it and washed myself. My concern is that might have been hiv infected. I dont have any other visible rashes, had a swallen neck gland for about 2 days and occasional headaches. Sore throar , not more then what i would ussualy have and no fever. Hi, symptoms of hiv are not appears suddenly. It takes timw to develop hiv symptoms. they are persistent fever, chronic diarrhoea, weight loss, weaknesses, lymphadenopathy frequent infection etc. However you may have infected with hiv. You should go for confirmatory hiv testing once after a month of exposure. You can go with p24 antigen or pcr.
