Hi, Thanks for writing to us. These skin rashes could be due to seborrheic dermatitis or ringworm. Seborrheic dermatitis is a type of eczema characterised by itchy red scaly lesions over chest, upper back, face and scalp. Treatment requires steroids alone or sometimes in combination with antifungals
Tinea or ringworm is characterised by itchy red ring shaped lesions. Treatment requires oral and topical antifungal.
It is advisable that you meet a dermatologist to get you lesions examined or you could use the premium service of this website and upload images, so that we can help you better. As far as your eye is concerned, you could be having tics. Tics are involuntary movements. For the same, please meet an ophthalmologist. Your skin rash is not related to this problem. Take care
