What Could Be The Cause Of Itchy Dark Spots On Thighs?
i dont have money to pay now but i really need your help please...since the last six months three dark spots on inner thigh have multiplied into many more and also on my arms please help me....even severe itching thighs and arms and only to front of neck. God bless you sir,
I would keep a possibility of fungal infection/tinea cruris.
If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to use a topical OTC antifungal cream e.g Clotrimazole cream, twice daily for 4 weeks.
An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg once daily would help you in symptomatic itch relief.
Once the fungus resolves, an Antifungal dusting powder e.g clotrimazole dusting powder can also be used regularly after bathing, it would not only keep the folds dry but also inhibits the growth of fungus/yeast thus preventing recurrence.
regards
