What Causes Vomiting And Flank Pain With Fatigue?

I've been having flank pain and occassional vomitting for about 2 months now, and I don't hava a uti or kidney infection. I've also been experiencing fatigue, insomia, excess sweating, and blurry vision. Now I've had a tooth break off for no apparent reason, I've never even had a cavity. Is there something that could cause all of these symptoms? I am 40 yrs old and female.
