What Causes Vomiting After Eating Food?

Hi, my husband is suffering from vomiting after having food. This is going on for the past 1 month. All the tests like Colonoscopy, endoscopy, USG of whole abdomen, Stomach CT Scan, Brain CT Scan, Oesophegeal Manometry, and all blood tests and Vit D and B12 and also Ca, Mg tests has been done everythings normal. But the vomiting persists still. Can u please suggest something it will be of great help.

Thanks for contacting HCM. Please ensure that your husband eats smaller more frequent meals. He should avoid fried and spicy food. He should avoid alcohol, smoking and tobacco. You can give him following medicines
--
1. Pantoperazole 40mg in morning on empty stomach for 10 days.
2. Ondensterone 8mg Mouth dissolving tab three times a day to be chewed for 5 days.
3. Ranitidine 300mg at bed time for 10 days.
4. a good antacid 20ml three times a day after meals.
5. Tab ciprofloxacin with tinidazole combination twice daily for 5 days.
He should avoid lying down for 2 hours after meals.
He can take cold milk frequently.
He should eat more of salads and fruits.
He should be exercising regularly like walking, swimming for half hour daily.
His dinner should finish atleast 2 hours before bed time.
