What Causes Vaginal Discharge, Labor Pain Sensations, Spotting And Cramping?

I am 46 years old. I had my tubes cut and burned almost 22 years ago. I usually have bad pms and heavy periods. They are usually on time. A week ago, I went to the bathroom and had some pink discharge. Then for about an hour I had labor type pains but no bleeding. A couple of days later I had the same pain but no discharged. That was Sunday. Then Wednesday I started having spotting and little bit of cramping and fatigue. I was supposed to start my period five days ago. Could I be pregnant or starting menopause?
