What Causes Trouble In Eye While Using Immunosuppressants?

Hello there......I'm a double lung recipient 15 months out. I'm 43...5'5... and I'm on immunosupressents.....prograf,cellcept,rapamune,prednisone,and valcyte. I had an eye exam 2 months ago and all was "remarkable'. Around that time I noticed dark shadows would pop up now and then on the outside of my left eye. I ignored it at first thinking my mind was playing tricks on me. There is no pain and it doesn't affect the right at all. Any idea what it could be?

you are taking imunosupresive and steroid.it is unavoidable. bu steroid will have side effect of induced cataract and glaucoma. so investigation to exclude two problems be done. maximum you can have tapering of steroid but have to increase it asper requirement. the treating doctors will take care of it. different brand of steroid like cortisone can be given
