What Causes Tingling Sensation In Limbs And Loss Of Bladder Control?

Hello I am a 25 year old mother of two. I now wiegh 113 pounds and am 5 5 . A few years ago I started having problems with joint pain in my wrists, fingers and lower pelvic area. Along with this pain was a tingling sensation as well as trouble swallowing not only solid foods but even liquids seemed to be getting stuck in the same area. Around this time I also started experiencing constipation and sexual intercourse pain. I seeked medical attention and shortly after the joint problems dissapeared, lower abdominal pain along with constipation, blood in the stool, bladder incontinence as well as involuntary bladder movement occured. I was sent to the gastro and I had a upper endoscopy done witch revealed no cancer but irratation in the esaughagus.(2 years ago) I have visited the gastro and currently still seeing him with no luck on any of the tests. I am now seeing a urulogist for my bladder problems after being admitted to the ER for blood clots in my urine. There were no other symptoms accompinied by this except for the abdominal pain and urine urgency.I am only 25 years old and have been checked for indomitriosis, bladder cancer, chrons disease, PID, and many other illnesses. I have had cysts removed but that was a whole nother type of pain. It seems to be through my whole body. Although these symptoms are not present all of the time they seem to appear and disapear along with new or old symptoms such as, swollen eyes, trouble swallowing food w/severe pain, chronic lower back and abdominal pain, vomiting, night sweats, chills, significant wieght loss, loss of appietite, loss of balance, pin point rash ( which I was told by the dermatologist it was blood) the rash has occured 3 seperate times(once on from my elbow down to my fingernails and twice on the abdominal trunk) and has taken about a month to fade to brown spots and eventually to nothing. My memory and concentration have been effected to the point that I have forgetten my age at times as well as simple words or problems. Physically my bladder has produced blood, white blood cells and protein on numerous occasions with no sign of a UTI. My bowels have produced a mucusy blood for years off and on and still do. A more recent addition to my symptoms would be chest pain ranging from mild to extreme. This is another problem that is worse along with other symptoms and sometimes is not there. The pain can be brought on by exercise or something as simple as singing a song. The pain can be directly over the heart or spreading over my chest area and up into my neck and shoulders. The time it last can vary too depending on how I am feeling. The unsteadiness is noticable to the people around me. I have had comments from many people asking me if I had too much to drink when I lose my balance but of course the answer is I have had nothing to drink. :)I have an appointment on the 11th of this month that I am hoping will give me some answers. Until recently I have had occasions where I would sit and cry wondering if I was going crazy. I didnt think there was anything that could effect my, bowel, bladder, asaughagus, chest, skin and make me break out in rashes, lose my balance, forget things, get headaches and almost anything else imaginable and then I talked to my sister who told me about LUPUS. This past week I have been vomiting and have not been able to eat very well. A new symtoms that has also began to happen is a shooting pain senstation near my inner thigh that has happened 3 times this week as well causing me to drag my leg. I also have swollen lymp nodes that I have visited the doctor for that come and go all of the time lasting up to 6 weeks and antibiotics do not get rid of them. My lymph nodes have been swelling for a couple of years in the neck, lower back of my skull and groing area. The abiltiy to consume alcohol is almost none. I am almost 26 and have had plenty of party days, but most of the time even having 1 drink can make me feel hungover by giving me a headache making me feel extremely intoxicated or even making me vomit. Since I have not been able to visit a primary care doctor(due to my insurance) I am not sure what to tell the urologist as it pertains to other symtoms that have nothing to do with my bladder or kidney function? I have a family history of lupus, MS, and my grandmother told me about my grandfathers sister dying from a kidney disease at age 36 but doesnt remember anything else about it.
