What Causes Tingling In Neck/shoulders With Irregular Heartbeat?
Hi, I am asking because i dont wanna go to the er and make a fuss if not needed. i have tingling in my neck and shoulders and i have had sort of a tension headache all day.. my pressure was up earlier and I took my prescribed tekturna 150mg given by my primary care doct. i have never had problems with my pressure or my heat beat which i found recently was irregular. should i wait to make a doctors appointment in the morning or should i go to the er. i just dont wanna make a fuss

You should first do an ECG, and probably a 24h ECG Holter monitoring and cardiac sonography. It may be atrial fibrillation that may need specific treatment, anticoagulation.
